Common questions
I can’t sign in
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page, or sign in with your passkey. If it still does not work, contact Saddlebook support.
How do I cancel a lesson?
Open the booking and tap Cancel. Cancelling less than 48 hours before, or not coming, uses the lesson. A single lesson remains payable.
My child wants their own login
At any age. Open Profile, then Children and guardians, and invite your child.
I don’t see my child in the app
The club office approves new guardians first. You receive a message when it is done.
